Egg Nog (no cook and low sugar)

Ingredients

1 ½ cups half and half

1 cup egg substitute

1 cup no sugar added vanilla icecream

2 Tbsp sugar

1 Tbsp vanilla extract

½ tsp freshly ground nutmeg

¼ tsp rum extract

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender container; cover.  Blend 1 minute or until well mixed.  Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve.
